Question: Could working in front of the Computer all day cause more Wrinkles around the eyes than usual ?
yes by my empirical observation
no because according to ear-say that it tightens lazy eye and nothing else that needs tighting if you knw what i mean.
Yes, Absolutely.
To avoid this, you must keep a bottled water next to your computer and try to drink as much H2O as possible. You must keep yourself hydrated.
Coffee dehydrates you, Tea, nicotine and a others as well.
Moisturize your skin before bed time. Invest in a good cream.
You won't regret your purchase! You will see dramatic results if you keep your skin hydrated. Good luck.
I am no dr but can honestly state that I started having more eye problems when starting to be on a puter more and more.... I am also in my 50s, which may or may not be the cause. but back in my mid 40s, when sitting in front of it doing my work. Id get eyes strain from looking at the monitor... I am sure if you are squinting to see something the constant repitition may cause them as well. More then like its just hereditary but Ive always thought . sitting up late at night trying to finish a report for work and not getting needed rest is more cause then anything else.
I am 40 years old and have used a computer most of my life, I have no wrinkles around my eyes at all. So I'm proof this is just a wives tale, air-conditioning is usually the culprit for premature wrinkles and too much sun exposure. And if anything, you'll just get sore eyes from looking at a bright screen all day.
The wrinkles around the eyes are enhanced if you are constantly squinting, though you will find that wrinkles are part of our genetic inheritance, like it or lump it.
My suggestion is to never use the computer in the dark, always have some other light or lamp on so you're not focusing on a bright screen, apply a good moisturizer such as Oil of Ulay concentrating on the problem areas you are concerned about.
good luck hun.
