Question: I had surgery 4 months ago and have a couple purple spots will they go away on there own?

The "purple" spots you are talking about is your skin healing from being cut or incised.
The actual color will eventually fade away to a more normal skin tone color. It will always be slightly off the rest of your skin color but not by much.
This is just a sign that your skin is healing.
