Question: How can I sleep well with Thoracic Outlet?
Just diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet syndrome - told to take one baby aspirin each day to prevent blood clotting. I am not allowed to lift my arm over my head, do any lifting, or sleep on my stomach and with my arm over my head.
I also can't sleep on that arm because of the pain.
Anyone else with the same problem find a comfortable way to sleep? I have trouble just sleeping flat on my back with arms at my side.
