Question: Tired feet and aching back after job as cashier, what to do?
tell ur boss to get u a chair so u can sit down!!
get off your feet and back onto your back. you should make just as much money that way.. hehehehehehahahha just racking up a few easy points
Take a bath with epsome salt.
a warm bubble bath
Buy two different pairs of shoes that are very "nice" to your feet. Alternate them daily. See if you can get one of those thick foam rugs they put behind the counter.
A hot shower or bath should help with the back pain, also that icy-hot jell stuff does wonders, although it is hard to put it on your own back. A masseuse would be helpful, but they are expensive.
If you can get a pair of Crocs, they do wonders. Also a hot soak in the tub or shower will help the back. Take some tylenol daily,to kind of head it off at the pass. I have to take a hot shower each morning, otherwise I can't move.
