well since they are ment for girls there is no "manly" way of wearing them
To be honest, not sure how you would wear them and it not look girlie, that's who they are made for, and if you are a man as you say, it might be a tight fit in certain areas, if you know what i mean. Also, unless you are in a play or something, why would you want to wear them, most women dread putting them on.....
