Question: What would match w/ a plaid skirt?

I have a plaid skirt thats dark red/black, and one thats darker blue/black. What shirt would go best with that? I don't want to hear if you think that it sounds ugly or not, I just want advice on a shirt to wear with it.

well...white always works...or pick one of the lighter colors in the plaid. cant find one??? choose a lighter corresponding shade.
i would go with a long sleeve scoop neck sweater when you need to dress up a bit and a 3/4 sleeve t-shirt when you go for a more casual look
